By accessing our Premises, using our Office Space, accessing our website, or utilizing our Services (as defined in our Terms and Conditions Agreement), you consent to the data practices described in this Policy.
 

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or device.
 

A. Information You Provide to Us

• Identity Data: Name, date of birth, and government-issued identification (for verification purposes).

• Contact Data: Postal address, email address, and telephone number.

• Financial Data: Bank account and routing numbers (for ACH), credit card details, and billing addresses.

• Profile Data: Photographs, job titles, and company affiliations provided for the "Base110 Client Network."

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, operating system, access times, and referring website addresses.

• Physical Access Data: Records of keycard usage to enter the Premises or Office Space.

• Video Surveillance: As stated in our House Rules, we record video in common areas of the Premises for security and safety purposes.

• Network Activity: We may monitor traffic on the Base110 shared Internet connection, networks, and telecommunications systems to ensure compliance with our policies and security.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Service Delivery: To provide Office Space, mail handling, internet access, and other Services.

• Billing: To process payments, retainers, and overage fees.

• Communication: To send you notices regarding the Services, House Rules updates, or emergency alerts.

• Security: To monitor the safety of the Premises via CCTV and keycard logs.

• Marketing: To deliver targeted advertising and promotional offers (detailed in Section 5).

• Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, including OFAC regulations and legal processes.

4. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We may share your information with:

• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, and CRM management.

• Legal Requirements: If required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend our rights or property, or protect the personal safety of users or the public.

• Business Transfers: In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

5. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS, ADVERTISING, AND ANALYTICS

To provide our Services, manage customer relationships, and market our business, we utilize various third-party tools. By using our Services or website, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the collection, storage, and processing of your data by the following platforms in accordance with their respective Privacy Policies.

A. Customer Relationship Management (Zoho CRM). We use Zoho CRM to manage client data, leads, and communications. Information you provide via forms or applications is stored within Zoho’s secure servers.

• Terms: Your data is subject to Zoho’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

B. Automation (Zapier). We use Zapier to automate workflows between our different software applications (e.g., moving a lead from a web form to our CRM).

• Data Transfer: Data such as your name, email, and phone number may be transferred through Zapier’s encrypted connections.

• Terms: By using our Services, you agree to Zapier’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

C. Google (Ads, Analytics, and Tracking). We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to analyze website traffic and deliver relevant advertisements to you across the internet.

• Google Analytics: Uses cookies to help us analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) is transmitted to Google.

• Google Ads & Remarketing: We may use Google’s remarketing services to advertise on third-party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site. This could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven't completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to make an inquiry. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page or a site in the Google Display Network.

D. Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads and Pixels). We utilize the Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel) on our website. This is a piece of code that allows us to measure, optimize, and build audiences for our advertising campaigns.

• Tracking: The Pixel enables us to see how users interact with our website after seeing a Facebook or Instagram ad. This data is used for statistical and market research purposes.

• Retargeting: We use this data to show you targeted advertisements on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).

• Custom Audiences: We may upload customer lists (hashed data) to Meta to serve ads to our existing clients or lookalike audiences.

• Terms: Your data is processed in accordance with Meta’s Data Policy. You can adjust your advertising preferences via your Facebook Account Settings.

6. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We use cookies, web beacons, and tracking pixels to help customize the website and improve your experience. Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default. As outlined in Section 6(a) of our Terms and Conditions Agreement, you acknowledge that you have no expectation of privacy with respect to Base110’s Internet connection, networks, or telecommunications systems. We reserve the right to monitor activity and files on these systems at any time without notice for security and compliance purposes.

 

8. DATA SECURITY

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. However, as noted in Section 7(a) of our Terms and Conditions Agreement, we are not responsible for the compromise of intellectual property, network security, or the safety of digital assets (e.g., crypto wallets). While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

9. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:

• Access: The right to request copies of the personal information we maintain about you.

• Correction: The right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate (Note: Client Users must update their lists via the Primary Client as detailed in T&C Section 3(a)).

• Opt-Out: You may opt-out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the unsubscribe instructions in those emails.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Services constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of such changes.
